About Icon
We honor the individuality and humanity of every person we serve. For nearly three decades, ICON has built a place where adults with developmental and behavioural needs grow skills, build friendships, and connect with their community. ICON is part of Integrated Community Options (ICO), a family of care services that also includes Pasa Alta Manor residential care.
Our Program
ICON's Adult Day Program is built around small-group activity, individual goal-setting, and weekly outings into the community. Career-building tracks help participants develop work-readiness skills at their own pace.

How to Enroll
ICON serves adults (18+) with developmental or behavioural needs who are clients of a California regional center. No diagnosis exclusions — we work with a wide range of needs.
Your regional center service coordinator submits a referral to ICON. We coordinate directly with them — families don't need to manage the paperwork.
We invite the participant and their family in for an intake meeting and a tour. Most participants start within two weeks of their first visit.
