Who We Serve

ICON's Adult Day Program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral needs, including individuals with dual diagnoses, who are referred through a California Regional Center.

Pasa Alta Manor provides 24-hour residential care for adults with developmental disabilities who need a supportive, structured home environment.

Both programs generally serve adults 18 and older who have an open case with a California Regional Center under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.

How Intake Works

‍Referral. Your Regional Center service coordinator submits a referral, or you reach out to us directly and we'll coordinate with your coordinator.

‍Assessment & Tour. We meet the individual and family, review relevant records, and tour the program site or residential home together.

‍Personalized Planning. We build a person-centered plan around individual goals, communication style, and support needs, in partnership with the Regional Center.

‍Enrollment & Welcome. Once everyone agrees it's a good fit, we finalize enrollment and begin onboarding.
