These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Integrated Community Options website and describe general terms applicable to services provided by Integrated Community Options (ICO) and its agencies, Integrated Community Options North (ICON) and Pasa Alta Manor (PAM) (collectively, “ICO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging with our programs, you agree to these Terms. Specific service terms may also be set out in a separate individual service agreement, admission agreement, or Regional Center vendorization agreement, which will govern in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.
  1. About ICO and Our Agencies

    ICO is a Southern California–based provider of community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral needs, operating since 1998. ICON provides multicultural adult day programs and career development services. Pasa Alta Manor provides 24-hour residential care for adults with developmental disabilities.
  2. Use of Our Website

    Our website is provided for general informational purposes, including learning about our programs and submitting inquiries or referrals. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to submit false or misleading information. Content on our website — including text, graphics, and logos — is owned by ICO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
  3. No Emergency Services; No Medical Advice

    Our website is not monitored continuously and should not be used to report an emergency. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911. Information on our website is general in nature and is not medical, behavioral health, or legal advice.
  4. Eligibility, Referral, and Enrollment

    Enrollment in ICO, ICON, or Pasa Alta Manor programs generally requires referral through a California Regional Center and is subject to individual assessment, eligibility criteria, availability, and licensing requirements. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, or the availability of services. Information on our website is general in nature and is not medical, behavioral health, or legal advice.
  5. Client and Participant Rights

    Individuals we serve retain all rights afforded under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act and other applicable California law, including rights related to dignity, self-determination, confidentiality, and the ability to file grievances or request a Regional Center fair hearing. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
  6. Fees and Funding

    Services are generally funded through Regional Center vendorization or other applicable public funding sources, subject to ICO's vendorization terms and any individual service agreement. Any additional fees, if applicable, will be disclosed separately and in advance.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICO and its agencies are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or its general informational content. This section does not limit any rights or remedies available to program participants under their individual service agreements or applicable law.
  8. Confidentiality

    Information collected in connection with our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality law, including the Lanterman Act.
  9. Grievances and Dispute Resolution

    Participants, families, or conservators who have a concern about services may raise it through ICO's internal grievance process by contacting us using the information below. Regional Center–referred consumers also retain the right to contact their Regional Center or pursue a fair hearing or other remedies available under the Lanterman Act and Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations.
  10. Termination of Services

    Services may be modified, suspended, or terminated consistent with applicable licensing regulations, funding requirements, and any individual service or admission agreement, and with notice as required by law.
  11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
  12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
